According to the Qualification demands: only 10 athletes in each of the 10 weight divisions, five for men and five for women, will get their spots from a ranking qualifying list.

What about the spot arrangement for the Olympic games, there are 120 quotas in Paris 2024. The top 10 in each weight category will earn a ticket, with 20 athletes from the hosting country and 10 representatives from other countries.
