The year our founder, Oleksiy Torokhtiy, began his remarkable weightlifting journey, as a professional athlete.

The year Oleksiy achieved Olympic gold, solidifying his status as an elite weightlifter.

We organized our first international weightlifting camp at the prestigious Olympic base in Kyiv.
Also, The birth of the Warm Body Cold Mind Brand!
2017 💪
Oleksiy showcased his power and skill with a Power Jerk performance at the GAMES-2017 in Madison, and we started selling our online training programs.
2018 🌟
We reached a significant milestone, providing 1,000 online training programs to athletes worldwide.
2019 🤝
The year our team expanded, welcoming eight new employees to Torokhtiy Weightlifting Company.
2020 📘
We proudly delivered 10,000 online training programs and released FIRST EVER Snatch Masterclass e-book.
2021 🔥
The year we launched our first ONLINE Snatch Challenge, connecting athletes globally through virtual learning.

The year we held our second ONLINE Snatch Challenge, building on the success of the previous year.

The year we successfully completed the immersive 252 seminars, providing advanced training techniques and personalized coaching.
This year we also launched Torokhtiy Media Youtube & Instagram, marking a new chapter in our journey of creating engaging, informative, and inspiring content.

The year we rolled out our L1/L2 Certification Courses and certified the first 30 athletes in our L1 course and 4 individuals in our L2 certification
