WELCOME TO CLEAN MASTERCLASS

    Honestly, I am more a man that is all about numbers, rather than letters. But I have had to master the letters to share my thoughts and ideas with my audience and to formulate them in a bright and structured manner.

    Writing skills enhance your vision of things. You will get deeper into what you wanted to say while explaining and formulating it for the others. While I had been working with groups of athletes I got a clear understanding that if something needs to be explained more than three times it is necessary to write about it. This will help to save your time as well as to aid many athletes.

    I launched the first part of my trilogy for weightlifters called SNATCH MasterClass in June 2020. It was my long-cherished dream and my very first experience in book-writing. It was a real experiment as I had intended to convey the snatch methodology and visual part exactly the way I do at my seminars. During the following six months I have received a plethora of positive reviews and proposals on continuing making masterclasses for other exercises: clean and jerk.

    Snatch MasterClass consists of 20 lessons and 12 practical classes for mastering separate movement phases and general snatch exercises.

    I am glad that I launched the next part of my trilogy CLEAN MasterClass the previous week, and its text volume increased by 20%. I also managed to prepare 30% more graphical and video contents which will allow my pupils to see and understand more technical details for quality full-fledged training.

    My CLEAN MasterClass is 120 pages of efficient actions to improve clean technique to be used by my students, with clear explanations of WHAT YOU ARE DOING and WHY, based on my 10 years of experience as a member of the national Olympic weightlifting team, as well as my post-practical experience as a coach of more than 180 seminars around the world.

    By the way, on the basis of Clean and Snatch MasterClass my scientific work is being built for a Ph.D. degree, on the topic "Distance learning program for athletes."

    Besides the detailed progression of all clean basic parts this book also contains my unique authorship invention: the “ricochet” method which aims at revealing another way in comprehending and studying the power position - the essential element of the techniques.

    Special sections called Gold Nuggets where I share my experience, failures, advice that my coaches gave me and some other cool practical stuff is one more unique feature of this book.

    Concerns of the athletes about literature stylistics were also taken into the account. A professional sporting journalist-editor that is also involved in weightlifting training was invited to our team on the final stages of text processing. Such a collaboration made the content of the book even more adapted, clear and easy to understand.

     Interactive marathon is my experimental innovation. This is the world’s first 21-day online marathon on the CLEAN MasterClass program. Such a form of studying is very similar to my offline seminars where the initial theory is followed up and reinforced by the practical work. This marathon will let you undergo all the MasterClass under my control and receive the certificate upon completion of all the given homework. To start the same marathons about Snatch, Jerk and Mobility is also in our near-term plans.
