Keydomar Vallenilla Shows Fantastic Form Ahead of Weightlifting Competition start at Paris 2024 Olympics

Keydomar Valenilla (Venezuela) is already in Paris for the Olympic Games and is showing his final preparations before the weightlifting events start. The weightlifter from Venezuela can be seen easily back squatting 300 kg for one repetition on a new video that he uploaded to his instagram.
He’s currently preparing to face Bulgarian Karlos Nasar and Italian Nino in the 89 kg category and hopefully surprise everyone by beating the to the gold medal.
At the last Olympics in Tokyo, Valenilla competed in the 96 kg category and won a silver medal and will be hoping to improve on this performance in Paris. He started competing in the lighter category in 2022 and won a gold medal at the World Championships in Bogota.

Last year, in 2023, he finished third in the Worlds and won the Pan American Championships in the 89 kg, however, that was prior to the return of Nasar from injury.
