The Women’s 71kg category saw an intense battle, culminating in an extraordinary performance by American Olympic Champion Olivia Reeves, who captured gold and etched her name in history.

China’s Yang Qiuxia took an early lead with a strong 121 kg snatch, narrowly edging out Reeves, who secured 120 kg for silver. Jong Chun Hui clinched bronze with a solid 116 kg lift, setting up a thrilling clean & jerk session.

Nasar’s stunning 183 kg snatch not only earned him gold but also set a World Record, putting him leagues ahead of the competition. Marin Robu from Moldova took silver with 173 kg, while Uzbek Sarvarbek Zafarjonov claimed bronze with 171 kg.

Men’s 89kg category: Clean and Jerk Session Review
Nasar continued his dominance in the clean & jerk, lifting a massive 222 kg to secure another gold.
He also attempted to set one more World Record with 225 kg, he did solid clean and during his traditional recovery from split with stepping forward lost barbell control and landed it just a few cm in front of the lifting platform.
Ro Kwang Ryol followed with 218 kg for silver, while Chinese Pan Yunhua earned bronze with 208 kg.
