The content is good but..

The content is good but the format is horrible to work with, have to be constantly scrolling down, is very unpractical. I tried one day and spent more time in the phone trying to figure out how to access the content that practicing the content itself. I appreciate the effort put into this but need a better format to work around, I will not buy any further programs.

I’ve completed the program once through and I am on my second time going through it. The program was great in helping me identify weaknesses in my mobility and range of motion. I am currently doing it in conjunction with the squat strength program and it is helping with limbering up and recovering between lifting days. 5/5 would recommend it for anyone

Hip Mobility the way it should be.

A perfectly balanced well thought out workout for my stiff hips.
Balanced because the mix between the more agility enhancing and the strengthening exercises is very balanced. If the focus is too much on flexibility improvement it can cause problems (e.g. pain). Oleksiy Torokhty has a perfect mobility workout for my hips.

This program even helped me with my lower back pain as well with squats!

After the first workout I understood, this what will help me to serve my back pain from lifting…

I always had a quite good deep squat, and that was the only advantage I had in lower body mobility. I had poor hip mobility, poor knee rotation. Overwork of my harmstring, due to incorrect hip position etc.

I don’t pay attention to this too much until one day I felt pain after deadlift session. It was regular set, like 70% of 1RM. It felt like soreness after workout, but even after a week it ain’t gone. And after the second week, and third… I started searching the cause of problem, did few tests with my mate coach and we find out all the lower body issues that I wrote above. I didn’t pay much attention to it, because I thought that I have deep squat and it’s enough. I was mistaken.

So after doing this program I felt that it activates all my lower body joints so good! And I felt pain relief right after the 1st session. I understood that it’s only the beginning of rehab and I continue working.

And here is I am now, in a workout 7 of 18. My back pain is gone!! I could do back squats, deadlift and oly lifting without any pain!

So my honest advice to you guys - GIVE IT A TRY! And this program could be even more benefitial to you than you expect!
