    To perform a sissy squat using a machine, first adjust the footpad and knee pad to your height. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the footpad and grasp the handles.

    Slowly lower your body by bending your knees and leaning back, keeping your back straight. Pause when your knees are at a 90-degree angle, then slowly return to the starting position.

    Use the machine’s resistance to challenge yourself, but don’t push too hard too soon. Remember to breathe and maintain good form throughout the exercise.
