Hampton Morris Shows Impressive Form In New Training Video

American Hampton Morris is the most talented weightlifter the United States has had in years. He recently set the first world record for his country in 50 years at the IWF World Cup in Thailand.
At the event, Morris lifted 176 kg on the Clean & Jerk which is the best-ever result in the 61 kg category and he looks to be in prime form to fight for an Olympic medal. Earlier this year, as the Americans competed at the Europeans, Morris also performed incredibly well and would have placed in the top three if the US team had been able to medal.
In a new training video, Morris continues to show fantastic form as we see him easily lift 180 kg in the Clean & Jerk – four kilograms more than what he recently set a world record with.
