Keydomar Vallenilla – The Perfect Body for Weightlifting

During the 2023 World Championships in Riyadh, one of the most intriguing showdowns was in the Men’s 89 kg category, where we saw a lot of standout lifters, including the incredibly passionate Keydomar Vallenilla from Venezuela.

He had one of the most fascinating transitions as he changed from the 96 kg to the 89 kg division in order to be in a better fighting spot coming to the Paris Olympics in 2024.

Keydomar is no newcomer in the world of weightlifting; in fact, he’s an experienced and mature lifter who has shown incredible progress during the last few years. Currently, the Venezuelan is at the peak of his form.

At the age of 24, he has a fantastic chance to show his best and possibly win a gold medal in the upcoming Olympics.

However, what makes him truly incredible to watch is his incredible physique, which gives him an advantage over his opponents. Keydomar has a short, muscular figure and short arms, which is a privilege in this sport, and along with his power, athleticism, and durability, he is one of the favorites in every competition.

In reality, the Venezuelan has no rival on the American continent, and he’s consistently among the top three athletes at both continental and world competitions. The fact that he’s not competing in multiple events – around 5 to 8 every year, just shows his great shape and resistance to injury, which will lead to even better results as long as he continues on this path.

Another reason for his exemplary results is his determination and the incredible concentration he shows, even during training sessions – during pre-competition training, he is still lifting 90% of his maximum.

Many experts claim that thanks to his fantastic physique and anthropometric data, Keydomar has a long and bright future in the sport, and it’s possible to see him even during the Olympics in 2028.
