Power SNATCH + Hip SNATCH

This complex helps to develop power and amplitude of motion in the power position. HIP POWER SNATCH makes it possible to work on dropping under the barbell fast, and since it is necessary to perform catching in the POWER position,it makes the athlete work on the full range of the torso straightening.

Thus, this complex fulfills and perfectly develops explosiveness of the leg muscles.
