Very good

I liked the program very much. It was quite hard to do and it had a lot of all kinds of squats, but i really liked it. My tecnik became a lot better than it was before. It really was worth of money and i only did it once. I am looking forward to do it once again.

I have completed Muscle Gain 2.0, with a result of +0.25kg, which is likely just the variation in measurement or normal body weight fluctuations.

Being a novice lifter, especially with oly lifts, I had to reduce the weights for these exercises due to my inexperience and poor form. I think this impacted my gain results, since most of the exercise kilos are based on the 1RMs of Sn & CJ. The program did improve my form and PRs in snatch and CJ, but I still have a lot to learn with these movements as I suck at both and my kilos used embarrassingly low.

Good workout

I really like crossfit but needed work on the Olympic lifts so I picked this up. Initially I thought it seemed a little slow at the beginning but ended up really enjoying it as it progresssd. I plan to do it again after gaining 3lbs of muscle during the 5 weeks.

Success is in the details

I’ve a veteran lifter in bodybuilding and strength and conditioning. Olympic lifts have been tough me. In an attempt to achieve my goal of 105kg on my C&j on 46 birthday. I’ve down loaded this program and The clean master class. My lifts are getting better each. I missed my mark by 10kg. This was after to taking a few weeks off due to Illness. But my lifts are was smoother. I’ve gotten stronger and I’m moving better at my age. Love this program. Wayne

Did 5 week cycle and to sum it up - BRUTAL!
But it works. Gained about 5 kilos, not all lean mass as I wasn't too keen on counting my calories. My quads have never looked like this, shirts feel tight around shoulders but lifting belt fits in same holes. Also, after all those relatively lightweight but long sets of different pulls, my lower back feels really great (had problems with it in last years). I will do another 5 weeks soon and recommend it to everybody (I need to build my stamina a little bit to fully enjoy MG).

What is the minimum required equipment needed to complete the course?

✔ PVC

✔ 15-20 kg weightlifting bar

✔ 2,5 kg - 25 kg weightlifting plates

✔ Jump Box

✔ Squat Rack - optional

✔ Weightlifting Straps - optional

Can I swap exercises if I don’t like them?

We highly recommend NOT changing the main compound movements.

How long should be this weight lifting routine to build muscle followed for?

We recommend doing this weight lifting routine for muscle gain AT LEAST one time through.

How long should I rest between exercises?

Optimal rest periods between exercises can vary from 30 seconds or less up to 3 minutes. Recommended rest intervals between sets - until you catch your breath.

What should I do If I can’t perform the given rep ranges and sets?

That means it's too heavy. Decrease the weight.

What should I do to speed up and facilitate the gaining process?

First and foremost, in order to gain muscle mass and build up your strength you must be eating a surplus of calories that is greater than the amount of energy your body is putting out. I strongly recommend you to combine your programming with my MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE.
