Wrists rotation (BW)

PURPOSE: warm up and strengthen the wrists. This exercise was borrowed from gymnastics. It is necessary to press the fingers to the floor tightly, and, when unbending, create moderate pressure on the wrists at an average tempo.Adjust the load bringing closer or farther the wrists from the knees.
