PVC Snatch High PULL

PURPOSE: work on the biomechanics of power position and interaction of arms and feet. Starting position: PVC is at the above the knee level. We use the “rebound effect”, take PVC a bit away from your body and perform a high pullwhile standing on a full foot, control the trajectory of motion as close as possible to your body, direct your elbows up.
