The world’s most celebrated strongman has been documenting his training journey, building anticipation after he came back to competing this year.

In the last few months, Island’s representative participated in the Arnold Strongman Classic, where he finished fourth overall after starting strongly and then almost failing to finish on the final competition day.

He missed the World’s Strongest Man this year, as well as Europe’s Strongest Man, as he has been trying to get in the best shape possible for the Strongest Man on Earth.
