Hafthor Bjornsson Is Preparing for the Strongest Man on Earth 2024

The countdown to the Strongest Man on Earth, a mere 13 weeks away, is on. This year, the competition is set to be even more thrilling with the return of Hafthor Bjornsson.

The world’s most celebrated strongman has been documenting his training journey, building anticipation after he came back to competing this year. 

In the last few months, Island’s representative participated in the Arnold Strongman Classic, where he finished fourth overall after starting strongly and then almost failing to finish on the final competition day.

In new training footage uploaded to his Instagram, Bjornsson can be seen push-pressing a 74 kg dumbbell with a caption promising that he’s progressing on a weekly basis.
