So, what can you expect in each serving of Promix? Keep in mind that the recommended serving size is very small, and is meant to be added to other recipes instead of eaten on its own.

As a result, each serving is only 50 calories. This is almost entirely protein, with 10g per serving. The rest of the calories consist of 2g of carbohydrates and .5g of fat. While they don’t contain any fiber, they also don’t contain any unnecessary added sugar

Keep in mind that these are mainly meant to be added to recipes for a bit of crunch, and aren’t meant to be a standalone food. As a result, they might not have as much utility for some. Aside from adding it to some pancakes or yogurt etc there is not much you can do - and it’s still 10g of protein per serving.

❌ No Fiber

Another downside is that Promix whey isolate protein puffs contain no fiber whatsoever. With fiber being important for disease prevention and overall health for the average American, this would make Promix’s protein puffs a more complete all-around supplement.
