OLYMPIC SNATCH MASTRECLASS will help you to know the basics of snatch technique, reinforce your technique while slowly adding weight to the bar.
The 5-Day Olympic Snatch Weightlifting Program provides 5 sessions per week that last 45-100 minutes. This OLYMPIC SNATCH bundle combines both strength and technique work.
