Snatch onto the plates + snatch balance

Exercise purpose - to work on the plyometric and explosive component in the power position, and spread of "throwing" feet out to the sides in the power position. The distance between the plates is determined individually and it is the length of the athlete's foot. With this width of feet position, initial position may not be comfortable enough, but it is normal for this exercise. Particular attention is paid to the pull on the full foot, a powerful jump up, a rapid throwing of feet to the sides. This exercise perfectly rebuilds and prepares the body for SNATCH performance.
