Gakk SQUAT

The main task in this exercise is to warm up and strengthen the ligaments of the knee joints. It is a body weight exercise. The initial position: heels on the plate, the center of gravity is on the heels. Deep squat down, gettingup by 3/4 amplitude. Slow pace, without pauses at the top and bottom position of the movement.
