Elbows stretching with RB

The exercise is to stretch and prepare the upper limb for C&J exercises. Find a comfortable position of the arm on the bar, hold the rubber with your wrist and press the rubber down with your foot. Once your arm is comfortable with the rubber tension, move your body down-up, back-forward slightly. This will help stretch and prepare joints, muscles, and ligaments for the forthcoming work. The exercise can be performed as a warm-up before different cleans, as well as stretching after the workout. It is planned at all periods of preparation and is suitable for athletes of any level.
