Elbows rotation

The exercise is for working out elbows rotation. Hold the bar in your hands in the rack position, rotate the elbows back and forth but keep the height of the bar at the same level. The weight of the bar should be 10-20 kg. It canbe performed as a warm-up before different cleans, as well as on technical days.
