So, with all this going for it, why isn’t Naked at the top spot on our list? The main reason we gave Transparent Labs the top spot over Naked is one simple reason: flavor. Although the single ingredient formula is great for protein content and concentration, the lack of sweetening leads to an overall less pleasant shake. What really differentiates this product is just how many different whole plant foods were used to source the protein, the super high dietary fiber count in each serving, as well as the included probiotic and enzyme blend. On top of the standard pea and brown rice, Garden of Life has 13 other seeds and sprouts in its protein blend! There is also 5g of dietary fiber in each serving, which is 18% of the recommended daily amount. You can also expect a mix of several different enzymes and 250 million CFU of probiotics in each serving as well, which should help improve immune function, and aid in digestion.

It’s worth noting that there are quite different macros between flavors. For example, the unflavored variety only has 1g of fiber compared to the 5g in vanilla and chocolate. Similar to Orgain, the flavored variants of this product also contain erythritol, which you may be concerned about.

Dietary fiber helps to aid in digestion and works to prevent all kinds of diseases. Although these components are not essential to protein powder, if you want to make your diet healthier, look into this product.

It’s worth noting there may be some concern in regards to the sweetener used in this product: erythritol.
