First, this is one of the only supplements on our list to be dosed effectively at 5g per serving, although we’ll be assuming a 3g dose. It’s worth noting that this may be difficult to achieve, as each individual gummy is 1.25g.

Similar to Animal, this is a 100% vegan-friendly option, made with pectin instead of gelatin. Also, this is an all-natural formula, sweetened and colored naturally from cane sugar and fruit sources.

First, this supplement is effectively dosed with a 3g recommended serving size. However, each gummy only contains 0.5g of creatine, so it’s recommended you take 6 gummies at a time. 

One issue here is that MyProtein doesn’t list the nutritional information of this supplement anywhere on the page. While they may be zero-calorie, and sugar-free, this isn’t directly stated anywhere. As a result, it’s impossible to say what the calories and sugar content are for this supplement.

Because there are only 90 total gummies, at 6 gummies per serving, you’ll only be getting about 2 weeks worth of creatine in the whole package! Also, while this supplement doesn’t contain any artificial ingredients, it is not vegan-friendly as it does contain gelatin in its formula.

Similar to the previous option, these supplements also only come in 1 flavor.

Finally, this is the most expensive supplement we’ve covered so far at ~$2.13 per serving. However, it still isn’t the priciest supplement on our list, with the next 2 options both costing significantly more.

Because the recommended dose is between 3-5g per serving, this amount will not likely make any meaningful difference when taken daily. Similar to MyProtein, these are 0.5g gummies, so you’ll need to take at least 6 a day for an optimal dose. 

Each 3g serving of their standard flavors will contain 12g of sugar and 60 calories, although they do offer no-calorie, sugar-free options as well. 

A major downside here is that these containers only have 60 gummies in them. That means you’ll only be getting 10 servings, which won’t even last you 2 weeks. With this being said, these do have a high-quality natural formula, although they aren’t vegan-friendly.

Also, with 7 flavors to choose from, these have the best flavor variety on our list, especially if you’re looking for sugar-free options. 

Another big downside with Fior is the price. Each serving will cost you ~$3.00, which is a lot to pay for a daily supplement, especially considering you’d need to buy a new package every week or so.

Before going any further, let’s quickly cover what creatine is. Creatine is a compound naturally produced by the body via certain amino acids. It is also found in most animal-based foods. However, it’s exceedingly difficult to naturally get enough creatine to fully saturate your muscles. 

To fully saturate your muscles, it’s recommended you take 3-5g a day of a creatine monohydrate supplement. You will need to take it for about 2-4 weeks to fully saturate your muscles, and you’ll need to take it consistently to maintain this.

In terms of research on creatine, it is widely considered one of the safest and most effective sports supplements available. However, the vast majority of research done on creatine has been based on powdered creatine monohydrate. Still, do creatine gummies work? There is some research available that shows creatine obtained via crushed lozenges or suspended in gel significantly increased plasma creatine levels.
