For Justin Medeiros, the start of the 2024 season has been a great one. As one of the fittest men on earth, he recently competed in the TYR Wodapalooza in Miami, and his team managed to get the overall win in the Elite Teams competition. This performance only showed that Medeiros is in good shape and is ready to start the new season and get back to the top.

To prove this point further, the two-time winner of the title for fittest man on earth has been steadily uploading training videos on his Instagram profile. In the most recent one, we can see him performing a barbell complex, including some heavy Clean & Jerk attempts, which he manages to do with seeming ease and great form.
