Justin Medeiros Gearing Up for the Start of the 2024 Season

For Justin Medeiros, the start of the 2024 season has been a great one. As one of the fittest men on earth, he recently competed in the TYR Wodapalooza in Miami, and his team managed to get the overall win in the Elite Teams competition. This performance only showed that Medeiros is in good shape and is ready to start the new season and get back to the top.

To prove this point further, the two-time winner of the title for fittest man on earth has been steadily uploading training videos on his Instagram profile. In the most recent one, we can see him performing a barbell complex, including some heavy Clean & Jerk attempts, which he manages to do with seeming ease and great form.

Last year was a difficult one for Justin Medeiros as he finished 13th in the competition for Fittest Man on Earth, even though he was the defending champion. After such a disappointing result, the American chose to take a bit of a break to get his training and his mind right before returning to team events and competitions.

This year, he’s posed to return to competing both in the individual and team categories, and he’s looking ready to get back on the podium and win.
