Workshop Description:
Join my intensive two-day workshop designed for athletes and coaches who want to improve their snatch, clean & jerk technique. We welcome participants from all backgrounds who want to experience the basics of weightlifting and learn how to improve their performance for meets or individual needs.
The schedule for Day 1 is as follows:
08:45 – 09:00 Registration
09:00 - 09:20 Program announcement, self-presentation
09:20 - 10:00 Snatch theory and unique "Bullet Time" video analysis
10:00 - 13:00 Practical training
13:00 - 14:30 Lunch
14:30 - 15:00 Snatch special warm-up complex
15:00 - 17:00 Group workout session (up to PR)
17:00-18:00 Q&A and Snatch day summary.
The schedule for Day 2 is as follows:

The default language for the Weightlifting seminar is English. In countries where there is a language barrier, a translator needs to be provided.
