The Dubai Fitness Championship 2023 took place from the 8th to the 10th of December 2023. It featured 60 elite athletes (20 more compared to last year) – 30 men and 30 women because the tournament decided to remove the online qualifier and go from 20 to 30 directly invited competitors.

This year’s championship consisted of 3 days of full workouts that were designed to challenge the world’s fittest people in various ways.  The three main events featured a full-on obstacle race, a weightlifting competition, and a functional fitness challenge, and in the end, only two winners emerged – Roman Khrennikov and Karin Freyová from Slovakia, who earned 717 and 702 points respectively.
