PHYSICAL PRODUCTS REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our physical products are made-to-order via print-on-demand fulfillment.
This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased from TORWOD LLC (“TORWOD,” “we,” “us”) via store.torokhtiy.com or any other torokhtiy.com subdomain that sells physical goods (“Physical Products”).
Most Physical Products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand provider Printful. Production and shipping details may vary by product and destination and are shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER / PRINT-ON-DEMAND
Physical Products are produced after you place an order. Because items are made to order:
- we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., “changed my mind”);
- cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins.
- we do not offer size exchanges;
If you need to change your order (address, size, item), contact us immediately at direct@torokhtiy.com. If production has already started, changes may not be possible.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS / REFUNDS (DEFECTS, DAMAGE, MISPRINTS)
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your item arrives:
- damaged
- misprinted
- defective
- significantly different from what you ordered due to a production error
You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
To file a claim, email direct@torokhtiy.com and include:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- clear photos (and if needed, a short video) showing the problem
If your claim is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund (at our choice, depending on the case and availability).
3. NOT ELIGIBLE (NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS)
Because items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
- wrong size (please use the size chart on the product page)
- buyer’s remorse / changed mind
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by misuse, improper care, or washing instructions not being followed
- minor variations that are normal for print-on-demand production (small alignment differences, slight color variation due to screen/print differences)
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOMS
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or customs processing.
International orders:
You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any import fees required by your country.
Customs Responsibility:
You are responsible for customs issues that may arise. If your package is held at customs, it is your responsibility to contact the customs office directly, as not all customs agencies send notifications regarding shipments. Please monitor tracking updates and address any customs matters promptly to avoid delays.
5. LOST PACKAGES / DELIVERY ISSUES
If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, first check:
- your delivery address and mailbox
- neighbors/building reception
- carrier tracking details
If you still cannot find the package, contact us at direct@torokhtiy.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner and advise next steps.
6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
7. REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
