The best

In my country, there isn't an Olympic gym or a coach to teach, but I can learn the snatch and clean techniques in the correct form through a masterclass. Thank you."

I liked your program wery much, but with an app could be much better, special at the gym.

Consistency in the Snatch

I am still fairly new (about a year) to the snatch and C&J, train from home and the local gyms don’t do Olympic lifting. so I went for the masterclass / cycle as a way to hopefully my snatch. Have I hit a new PR yet - no, have I improved technique and consistency in the lighter weights, yes very much so.

Hello! Progress in weightlifting is a journey, and it's fantastic that you've noticed an improvement in your technique and consistency with lighter weights. Those small steps forward are really important, and they lay the foundation for greater achievements in the future.

Keep up the great work, stay patient, and remember that every improvement, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction!
