Hi! I’m Oleksiy Torokhtiy

I have been involved in Olympic Weightlifting for over 20 years. Throughout my career I’ve won numerous European and World titles as well as participated in the Beijing 2008 & London 2012 Olympics.  

My best results are:

200 kg in Snatch (video)

240 kg in Clean & Jerk (video)

Since 2015, I have dedicated myself to coaching, and as of 2020, I’ve conducted well over 180 weightlifting seminars around the world.

FLEXIBLE TRAINING


This TEAM training consists of 5 sessions per week, 3 mandatory and 2 technique (optional) sessions. You'll see the progress even if you can train only 3 times a week.

DURATION:

Mandatory (Mo, We, Fr) ≈ 60-100 min
Technique (Tu, Th) ≈ 45 min.

COACHING SUPPORT


My support during the day, 7 days per week.

You have the ability to load videos, so there is no excuse not to post videos for check ins with Oleksiy Torokhtiy
