The structure of the training load includes a small amount of SNATCH and CLEAN&JERK exercises weekly, and a SNATCH and CLEAN&JERK workout for muscle memory training.

Recommended for weightlifters during mid-season or before the beginning of competition preparation.

Pure results

Very well thought and designed program that guarantees results. Good diet and sleep is necessary, but reward at the end of program is absolutely stunning. I did not miss any workout and improved 30 kg in back squat and 23 kg in front squat. Looking forward to repeat it in 5, 6 months.
