This is a great bundle for athletes looking to teach and improve their Olympic Weightlifting Clean technique.

OLYMPIC CLEAN MASTRECLASS will help you to know the basics of clean technique, reinforce your technique while slowly adding weight to the bar.

The 5-Day Olympic Clean Weightlifting Program provides 5 sessions per week that last 60-90 minutes.

This OLYMPIC CLEAN bundle combines both strength and technique work.

Exercises you’ll perform in this programs include:
- special warmup routine for mobility and prehab;
- multiple forms of cleans (squat, power, deficit, from blocks);
-various types of squats;
-various types of pulls at high percentages;
-snatch & jerk exercises for “activating the muscle memory”.


After following these programs, you should notice a considerable improvement in your Clean technique and also max out on the final day!

Practical Class

My clean turnover was very very slow. But i read and followed this class so that my bad thing is fast. I want Jerk masterclass because my jerk is so bad.

One of the many things that I liked the most is the way it is taught, it's not just the instructions or mechanics like every other book and video online, it is the instructions (which are very detailed) built into a series of workouts with sets and reps specified and before you know it you are doing the movement.

Very very satisfied and really looking forward to attend a live seminar.

Very professional and detailed

I have previously zero experience with weighlifting. It take me long time to chose which trener I want follow. I think I make best choice to choose Oleksij Torokhtij. Now I managed go from 0 to 90kg clean&jerk and 60 kg snatch .

Improved technique and a huge PB!

This is an excellent clean programme. I have been doing functional fitness/CrossFit for about 18 months now but always struggled with the Olympic lifts.

The plan focuses on technical drills you wouldn’t typically cover in your average CrossFit class. In doing so my technique on both my cleans and snatches has improved tenfold. I also hit a 10kg PB at the end of the programme too.

I would highly recommend this plan to anyone who has any sticking points in the clean.
