OLYMPIC SNATCH MASTRECLASS will help you to know the basics of snatch technique, reinforce your technique while slowly adding weight to the bar.
The 5-Day Olympic Snatch Weightlifting Program provides 5 sessions per week that last 45-100 minutes.
This OLYMPIC SNATCH bundle combines both strength and technique work.
Exercises you’ll perform in this programs include:
- special warmup routine for mobility and prehab;
- variety of exercises focused on improving explosiveness, overhead, receiving positions and turnover
- variety of muscle snatches and press exercises with a high number of repetitions
- Clean and Jerk exercises for “activating the muscle memory”.
After following these programs, you should notice a considerable improvement in your Snatch technique and also max out on the final day!

I’ve doing weightlifting during 6month. With personal training 1 per week. Also, I used other online programs for developing snatch. But my p.r stopped 55kg. I found torokhtiy’s masterclass ago a month and dived into his lesson. I read masterclass twice. And follow practical lesson. Especially richochet effect. I has problem about not knowing my powerzone where contact point. So, 3days ago, my coach let me lifts 60 kg snatch. I Do that easily. Although i not lift above 50kg during 1month. Just i lift pvc and empty bar. I and he was suprised. And throkhtiy aswell. I highly recommand this program for someone who has technical problem.

As a youth I did some snatch practises without good guidance. No as I 50 years old, I did this snatch class by my self, it took 7 weeks because I'm busy with home and work. My collegue saw me few days agi practicing snatch at my work and said that the technique looked amazing. With this class you can practis snatch at youre home, if you want to.
