The second event is called "Shuttle to Overhead" and it is a test of strength endurance.

This year, the number of workouts for individuals is greater than teams. Men and women will have to go through 13 events while each team only needs 11!

These events will take place in Madison, Wisconsin. Athletes can expect a challenging competition with some new events added to this year's lineup! Keep an eye out for more information on the Crossfit Games as they get closer. We hope you'll join us in cheering on all the athletes!
